We are seeking a trained social- and health helper for our elderly housing in Lunden , where you will become part of a small team with a focus on good collaboration, safety and helping each other to be good.

Facts about the position

30 hours per week in day shift

On duty every 3rd weekend

12-month temporary position due to illness

Start as soon as possible or by agreement

Salary according to applicable collective agreement

Your tasks will include

Care and assistance for our residents

Contact and collaboration with relatives

Interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork

Documentation, including around complex citizen journeys
