Safe IT-Solutions seeks IT professional in charge

Are you an IT consultant ready for the next step – with more responsibility for both technology, projects and your colleagues' professional daily life?

At Safe IT-Solutions we are looking for an IT technical lead who, together with our current IT team, will help ensure structure, quality and progress in our IT deliveries.

Our IT team today consists of three employees who work with support, operations and projects for our customers. You will have a central role in the team and be involved in ensuring that tickets and projects are prioritized, followed up and brought to a proper conclusion.

It is not a management role where you hand over the technical work to manage others. The role is primarily about technical responsibility, coordination and sparring.

You will be the person colleagues can turn to when they need professional sparring, while at the same time helping to create overview and direction in the team’s tasks. And you will still personally solve IT tasks, participate in projects and have contact with customers.

Therefore you can be either an experienced IT professional or a skilled IT consultant who feels you are ready for the next step and more responsibility.

A role with technology, responsibility and overview

As IT technical lead you will be the link between daily support, our customer projects and the professional development in the IT team.

You should enjoy creating structure and following up. Not for the sake of structure itself, but because good workflows and clear priorities make it easier for the whole team to deliver good work.

At the same time you should still want to be hands-on yourself. We are a small company, and with us the technical lead is also involved in solving tasks.

Job tasks

You will among other things work with

• Support and professional sparring with our three IT employees
• Prioritization and follow-up on tickets and customer tasks
• Planning and coordination of the team's projects
• Project management on larger and more complex IT projects
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows environments
• IT security, endpoint management, backup and networks
• Technical consulting and sparring with customers
• Quality assurance of technical solutions
• Development of workflows, documentation and standardization
• Support and solving IT tasks together with the rest of the team
• Identification of opportunities for automation and AI

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience as an IT consultant, senior IT consultant, IT technician or similar and want to take more professional responsibility.

You don’t need to have been a professional leader yet.

Perhaps you are already the person colleagues turn to when they get stuck. You naturally take ownership of tasks, notice when something needs to be followed through and like to create overview.

We are looking for someone who

• Has solid IT professional understanding
• Thrives with responsibility and independence
• Is good at creating structure and prioritizing
• Wants to help and develop your colleagues professionally
• Can drive tasks and projects to completion
• Can communicate with both technicians, users and management
• Has focus on quality, documentation and follow-up
• Is curious about new technologies and smarter working methods
• Has a driver’s license and the possibility to use own car for customer tasks

• Windows
• IT security and endpoint management

• Networks and infrastructure
• PowerShell and automation
• PSA-/ticket systems
• Project management
• ITIL Foundation or knowledge of ITIL principles

We do not expect you to be able to tick all boxes. The most important is that you have the technical foundation, take responsibility and want to develop with the role.
