PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER RECEPTION IN THE SALES DEPARTMENT

BYD Odense is seeking a committed sales assistant who wants to help our salespeople deliver the best service to our customers. There will be opportunities to work on weekdays as well as weekends. In addition, we are looking for someone who is ready to help and step in when needed.

Your primary task will consist of handling customer reception, as well as handovers of cars and thereby ensuring that our customers receive a welcoming greeting in the store. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing cars for test drives and helping the customer before, during, and after the test drive itself.

As a sales assistant in the sales department, you will thus fill a supportive role, acting as the primary support function to our salespeople with a view to assisting with various ad hoc tasks.

SERVICE-FOCUSED & OUTGOING

You are expected to have experience with customer service and possess a basic interest in cars and the automotive industry. As a person, you are service-minded and strive to always provide the best service to customers. In addition, you are outgoing and proactive in your work and able to work independently.

Working hours may vary, so it is essential that you are flexible and able to step in when needed. We are looking for someone who can assist with car handovers on weekdays as well as every other weekend. A valid driving license is required.
