Sales Partner (Commission, Student Job)

About the role

Cimalys helps Danish companies put AI to work through process audits, AI literacy workshops, AI policy setup and custom automations. Delivery is in place. What we need is someone to open doors and close deals.

You'll own the front of the funnel: finding the right companies, starting conversations with directors and heads of operations, booking meetings and closing. You don't need to be technical. Our team handles scoping and delivery, and you focus on the relationship.

What you'll do

• Find and reach out to Danish small and mid-sized companies via LinkedIn, email and your own network
• Run first calls, qualify leads and book audits and workshops
• Close deals using our clearly defined offers
• Keep the pipeline up to date in our CRM
• Join a short weekly check-in on pipeline and results

Who you are

• Driven. You'd rather hear a lot of nos than send no messages at all. Experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable talking to business owners and directors, in Danish and English
• Curious about AI. You don't need to build it, but you should be able to explain why it matters.
• Self-organised: you set your own hours and hit your own targets
• Bonus: an existing network among Danish business owners, or B2B sales experience

This is a part-time student job or part-time position with a fixed hourly wage plus commission.
