Sanitation Technician for Recover in Hillerød

Become everyday hero as a sanitation technician at Recover in Hillerød

At Recover we are looking for several new colleagues for our team. The tasks span a broad range within damage restoration, specialty cleaning and industrial cleaning, and your daily work may be at a single fixed workplace with one of our customers or consist of varied tasks at sites around Denmark.

You don’t necessarily need experience in the industry. The most important is that you want to roll up your sleeves, deliver good work and become part of a strong community.

You may, among other things, work with

• Industrial and special cleaning
• General damage restoration
• Cleaning after fire, water, storm and other damages
• Handling of loose items and customers' belongings
• Cleaning of machines, equipment and work areas
• Cleaning at heights
• Cleaning after chemical spills
• Asbestos removal and other environmental tasks
• Cleanup and dehumidification
• On-call driving and emergency damage tasks

Your concrete daily routine depends on the tasks and clients you are assigned to. What is common to the work is that your effort has great significance for our customers – whether you help ensure daily operations at a fixed location or help people and businesses move forward quickly after damage.

👤 Who are you?

Whether you are skilled or unskilled, we can probably use you.

You don’t necessarily need to have experience from the damage service industry. Maybe you have previously worked with cleaning, industry or crafts – or perhaps you come from something completely different and want to try your hand at a new sector.

We are looking for someone who

• would like to have experience with industrial cleaning, cleaning, crafts or damage restoration – but this is not a requirement
• is physically robust and thrives with practical tasks
• works thoroughly and takes responsibility for your tasks
• is service-minded, stable and flexible
• has a basic IT understanding
• can speak and write Danish
• has a driving license (B)
• can present a criminal record if applicable for employment

The most important for us is your attitude and willingness to learn. Therefore we encourage everyone who sees themselves in the job to apply – regardless of gender and background.

📜 What do we offer?

At Recover you get

• A thorough induction program and ongoing courses
• The necessary training for your tasks
• A safe, secure and development-oriented work environment
• Attractive employment and salary conditions
• Focus on quality, responsibility and professional development
• Good colleagues and a strong sense of community

You will become part of a workplace where we help each other, and where integrity, professionalism and good service are a natural part of everyday life.

⏰ Working hours, on-call system and terms

The position is 37 hours per week.

In some of our fixed customer assignments, working hours will generally be 7:00-15:00 at a fixed workplace. You will also be part of a on-call rotation for tasks within the regular damage restoration – where overtime as well as weekend and night work may occur when urgent damages must be handled.
