SAP user administrator – be part of developing Andel's SAP user and access management

As a SAP user administrator you will be part of a team where you can influence our solutions, and where high professionalism, good colleague relations and balance in daily life are top priorities. You will work with creating secure and efficient processes, providing good service and collaborating across business and IT.

The role is for you who have experience with SAP user administration, IAM and compliance and are motivated by these areas.

Join us as we develop and maintain SAP user administration

We are looking for a SAP user administrator for our IT Access Management & Compliance department in Andel. The department currently consists of 8 colleagues, spread across SAP user administration, SAP roles & authorizations and IAM.

SAP clients are integrated with our IAM system, which largely handles the users' lifecycle. At the same time, we are working to assign as much standard access automatically through birthright- and department-roles. The traditional, manual user administration consequently takes up less space, while tasks within access governance, automation, quality assurance and compliance gain greater importance.

You will share responsibility for the daily SAP user and access management and for the continued development of the area. Tasks include, among others:

• Managing accesses, creating system and service accounts, maintaining user parameters and troubleshooting
• Providing guidance on role selection and tidying up users and accesses
• Developing and maintaining birthright roles in IAM
• SoD controls and PAM follow-up
• Role catalog, recertification and annual cycle
• License measurements and IT audit

Your experience and professional qualifications

To succeed in the role you should

• Have experience with SAP user and access management and understand the interplay between SAP and an Identity and Access Management system
• Be familiar with SAP roles and authorizations, including composite, single and template roles
• Be able to guide users and the business on role choices and translate needs into correct and controlled access
• Be able to work in a structured way with access governance, documentation, recertification and audit requirements
• Have an analytical approach and be able to troubleshoot, problem-solve and follow up on data quality and deviations
• Be able to communicate fluently in Danish in writing and speaking and be competent in English

And perhaps you have experience with

• IAM systems such as SailPoint and automated assignment of birthright- or department roles
• SAP Cloud access, Fiori and troubleshooting, including the use of FLP Content Manager
• SoD, for example in ComplianceNow, and follow-up on privileged access via PAM
• Role catalogs, role descriptions and collaboration with role owners and SAP Role & Authorization
• Reporting to audit, building an annual cycle and performing access oversight
• License measurements and IT support systems such as Topdesk
• You have experience from a similar position or another relevant background within SAP user and access management. You are service-minded, organized and thorough and thrive with both operations tasks and development of processes.
• You work independently and proactively, but succeed best through close collaboration with colleagues, the business, role owners and other SAP functions.
