Your impact begins here
As Senior cLEAN Partner, you will bring strategy to life on the shop floor at our Bagsværd site. You will turn strategic priorities into concrete cLEAN activities, connect KPIs and performance boards to site goals, and coach leaders and teams to deliver measurable gains in quality, delivery and productivity. Your work helps keep production stable, compliant and ready for future demand, supporting the injectable treatments we make for people living with diabetes and obesity.
What you’ll bring
- Extensive hands-on experience applying cLEAN or Lean, with a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements.
- The ability to translate strategy into concrete cLEAN activities and to connect KPIs, performance boards and daily management to strategic priorities.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with experience guiding leaders and operators towards new ways of working and building ownership across teams.
- Confidence and credibility to work as a trusted partner to senior leaders, up to director level, using data and clear insights to guide decisions.
- A structured, data-driven approach that turns complex topics into clear priorities and actions.
- A hands-on mindset: you are as comfortable discussing strategic direction with leaders as you are working alongside a production team.
- Good written and spoken Danish and English
Useful, but not essential
- Experience from a regulated or GMP environment. Perspectives from other industries are welcome.
- A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably within engineering or another technical discipline.
- Experience with Six Sigma or Change Management.
What you’ll do
You will work across process areas, close to production, linking site strategy to everyday work and helping teams turn insight into lasting improvement.
- Translate strategic priorities into concrete cLEAN activities and initiatives, turning them into clear, actionable work for production teams.
- Play a key role in strategy deployment by translating strategic priorities into cLEAN initiatives and actions, and anchoring them through KPIs, performance boards and daily management.
- Coach leaders and employees in structured improvement, daily management and continuous improvement.
- Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities using data, observations and input from production teams.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects and facilitate workshops, including poka-yoke designs that make the right way the easy way.
- Provide cLEAN® training, build team capability and establish clear measures, standards and follow-up so improvements deliver lasting results.
Who you’ll work with
In Global Manufacturing & Supply, colleagues work across the value chain to bring medicines to the people who need them. You will join the Training and cLEAN team in the Business Support and Inspection department at DPM IO Site Bagsværd, a department of around 150 colleagues manufacturing market and clinical products. The site has around 810 employees.
You will work closely with leaders, operators and skilled workers across the site’s value chain, as well as with colleagues from other functions. Occasional support at another Danish site is possible.
Collaboration, knowledge sharing and a good sense of humour are part of everyday work. We trust each other and take shared responsibility for moving priorities forward.
What you can expect here
You will be trusted to take ownership, make your voice heard and bring fresh perspectives to how we work. You will grow by working across process areas, by connecting strategy with daily management, and by helping shape how cLEAN® training is delivered to leaders and employees. Your contribution will show in measurable results.
