Senior Client Manager

At Vaekst Digital A/S we are seeking a Senior Client Manager who is passionate about driving growth with digital marketing.

What does a Senior Client Manager do?

As a Senior Client Manager you will have a central role as a strategic advisor and sparring partner for your own client portfolio. Through deep business understanding you translate digital marketing into insights and recommendations that help create both growth and strong long-term relationships with your clients.

You will be responsible for proactively and ambitiously developing your clients' growth, which occurs in collaboration with the client themselves and internal specialists at Vaekst Digital.

Your typical tasks will include

• Client responsibility: Responsibility for your own client portfolio – including close collaboration with our specialists to create growth in the clients' business.
• Strategy and execution: Development of marketing strategies, project-, campaign- and budget planning as well as ongoing execution and optimization of your clients' growth.
• Potential analysis: Analysis work aimed at locating digital growth potential across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, etc.
• Reporting: Ongoing follow-up, as well as written and oral reporting to the clients monthly.

About you

• Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience with strategic advice and project management of clients from an agency or similar role.
• Business understanding: You have a solid business understanding that you can translate into effective digital marketing.
• Results-oriented: You are results-oriented and maintain an overview.
• Curious: You have a deep understanding of digital channels and actively follow developments, including AI, and how these can be used to create growth.
• Proactive: You have a proactive attitude and can make things happen.
• Structured: You are structured and can work under pressure in periods of busy workloads and tight deadlines.
• Team player: You are a team player who understands how to contribute to a positive working environment.
• Communication: You communicate sharply, both in writing and speaking (Danish and English).
