Who are we?

At Danske Spil we offer games for dreams and entertainment – and it is good for Danish society. All profits are distributed to society as support for sport and voluntary associations. To ensure that we can also in the future contribute at the same level, we have established Business Development & Innovation. The purpose is to develop new gaming products that lie outside the traditional products and customer segments. We measure our success by what we bring to the market – not by the number of ideas.

What you will work with

You are creative, quality-conscious and proactive, and you work independently. User-friendly and consistent digital design with a high level of detail is your strength, and you thrive on working down to components, states and flows. At the same time you have a broad graphic discipline and are happy to take on tasks beyond the screen.

With a strong eye for both UI and UX you know that good design lies in the many small decisions. You can spar about direction and challenge solutions professionally, and you are motivated by getting the design fully finished.

Your main responsibilities will be to

• Design and further develop digital solutions, user flows, UI and prototypes
• Translate concepts and visual identities into polished interfaces and graphic material for campaigns, marketing, SoMe and print
• Build production-ready components in Figma and further develop our design systems
• Work closely with developers and product owners and present your designs to stakeholders
• Optimize solutions through data, user testing and customer insights and use AI and new design tools to streamline the process

What you bring

We imagine that you have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a design role. You have mastery of the craft, an eye for the whole, and you thrive on both nerding out on details and challenging a solution when it can be better. You communicate fluently in both Danish and English – spoken and written.

• You are strong in Figma, and Auto Layout, components, variants, variables and scalable component libraries are a natural part of your work
• You are familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud and have experience with graphic production for both digital and print media
• You are motivated by further developing and finishing solutions, not only by starting on a blank canvas
• You have professional depth and naturally contribute with sparring and constructive challenges
• You are curious, readily share your knowledge and thrive in a large organization where the best solutions are created across the company
