As UX Designer at SOFACOMPANY you will have a central role in developing the customer experience on our webshops across our European markets.

You will become part of our E-commerce team and help make it easy and inspiring for our customers to find, choose and buy their next piece of furniture.

🎯 About the role

As a UX Designer you will work at the crossroads of user needs, data, design and business . You will be involved in both larger digital development projects and the ongoing optimization of our webshops.

You will become part of the E-commerce team and work closely with Marketing, IT and our development partners, and you will have the opportunity to follow your solutions all the way from the first insight and prototype through development and testing to the solution goes live – and the results can be measured.

This also means that you not only design solutions. You help identify, what we should improve and why , and to prioritise the initiatives that create the greatest value for both customers and the business.

🧩 Your tasks

In the role you will, among other things

• Analyse and optimize the customer journey and create a consistent and intuitive user experience across devices and markets
• Plan and conduct usability tests and translate insights into concrete improvements
• Identify UX and conversion opportunities based on data, user behavior and customer needs
• Work data-driven with CRO and A/B testing
• Develop wireframes, prototypes and concrete solution proposals
• Prepare clear briefs and collaborate closely with developers from idea to implementation
• Test and quality assure new features and UX solutions before release
• Contribute to our digital roadmap and prioritise initiatives based on expected impact and resource needs

🙋 About you

We imagine you have 3–5 years of experience with UX Design , preferably from e-commerce or another digital business. You work in a structured and analytical way, but also have a strong visual eye and a good understanding of what creates a simple and inspiring user experience.

We especially value that you

• Have solid practical experience with UX Design, wireframing and prototyping and are strong in Figma or similar tools
• Can combine qualitative user insights with quantitative data and have experience with user research, analytics, A/B testing and accessibility
• Understand e-commerce and conversion optimization and have a strong commercial mindset
• Can drive your own tasks and projects from problem statement and idea to finished solution
• Can argue for your design choices and collaborate effectively across different disciplines
• Have an eye for detail – both in design, implementation and UX writing/microcopy
• Are curious about AI and new technologies and how these can be actively used in your UX work
• Keep up to date with new trends, tendencies and best practices within UX and digital user behavior

• Employment: 30 hours per week, or by agreement
