About the role

As a Senior Finance Business Partner you will be a central part of Business Finance and will have an important role in supporting management with financial advice, analyses and decision basis.

You will become a trusted sparring partner for leaders in your business area and contribute to ensuring that strategic and operational decisions are made on a solid financial foundation.

You will have broad contact across the organization and work closely with both managers and subject matter specialists.

Your responsibilities

You will among other things be responsible for

• Act as a strategic and financial sparring partner for management
• Prepare management reporting and financial analyses
• Support and drive a smooth and professional budgeting process with ongoing follow-up
• Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and decision basis
• Communicate clear and concise messages and ensure clear and value-adding reporting to management
• Support the implementation of business plans and ensure alignment between activities, resources and value creation
• Contribute to analyses of performance, efficiency improvements and financial risks
• Support larger strategic decisions and business initiatives

Your profile

We imagine that you

• Have a relevant master's degree, e.g. cand.merc., cand.oecon. or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Business Finance
• Have strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset
• Are business- and solution-oriented, proactive and decisive
• Thrive working at the intersection of finance and business and in an organization undergoing change
• Have a high drive and work independently and are motivated by continuous learning and development
• Are proficient at collaborating with many different stakeholders and have experience advising leaders and translating financial data into concrete recommendations
• Communicate clearly and accurately in both Danish and English
