Senior Business Developer – Set the direction for pricing at Jyske Bank

Do you want to work at the intersection of data, business and systems – and have real influence on pricing across Jyske Bank? We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Developer, who can translate complex needs and analyses into solutions that create value for both customers and the business. Pricing decisions affect many customers, advisors and business areas, and you will have independent responsibility to drive the tasks all the way from idea and decision brief to implementation and anchoring.

Your responsibility and tasks

In Team Price we translate the bank's pricing strategy into concrete solutions across products and customer segments. We balance competitiveness, profitability and customer focus while ensuring customers receive correct information and are charged the right prices. We work at strategic, tactical and operational level and follow the solutions from the first analyses to implementation in the business. As a senior business developer you are expected to create direction and momentum in complex tasks, be a strong sparring partner and contribute to raising the team's professional level.

You will among other things

• Develop market analyses and assess business cases, profitability and business potential.
• Collect, analyze and validate data for among others target group analyses, decision basis and customer notifications.
• Translate business needs into simple robust and value-creating solutions.
• Prepare decision briefs and present clear recommendations for management and other stakeholders.
• Plan and implement price changes in collaboration with the business, legal specialists and communications specialists.
• Prepare materials for implementation and anchoring, including information to advisers, internal guides, customer communication and BI tools.

We are eight colleagues with different professional profiles, who work closely together to create strong pricing solutions. Your profile

You work structured, take responsibility and thrive on driving progress across the organization. As a senior profile you take initiative, challenge solutions constructively and translate ideas into results in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

We imagine that you

• have experience with business development and can translate complex needs into concrete solutions
• have a strong analytical approach and can work with data, analyses and decision basis
• are an experienced user of Excel. Experience with SAS is an advantage, but not a requirement
• communicate clearly and can convey complex issues to different audiences
• are market- and customer-oriented and can connect insight to business value
• can drive cross-functional initiatives and create results through collaboration
• have experience in using AI tools such as Copilot or similar in your work or studies
• have a relevant higher education, for example cand.merc. or cand.oecon., or a banking professional background combined with e.g. an HD

It is an advantage if you have experience from the financial sector, with pricing or development in a regulated company. However, not a requirement – the most important is that you can combine business understanding, analysis and implementation power.
