Senior Relationship Manager for large property clients – major clients Properties

You will play a central role in the collaboration with some of Danske Bank's largest professional property customers. Here you help create strong relationships, good customer experiences and financial solutions that support the customers' business and green transition. You will have responsibility, close sparring and opportunities to develop yourself in a market of great importance.

Your tasks

You will become part of Large Property Clients (Storkunder Ejendomme), Danske Bank's competence center for large property clients and mortgage credit specialist for some of the largest companies in Denmark. The team consists of colleagues in Aarhus and Copenhagen, who advise professional property investors, social housing associations and administrators. Your primary workplace will be our headquarters on Jægergaardsgade in Aarhus, where you will work closely with specialists across banking, mortgage credit, interest rate hedging and daily finances.

• Develop the collaboration with a portfolio of large Danish property companies.
• Coordinate client teams and ensure progress on cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop client strategies and translate them into concrete actions.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
• Create strong customer experiences through robust relationships and relevant advice.

About you

What we expect you can do

• You have insight into financial products. Preferably both banking and mortgage products
• You are good at building trust and long-lasting customer relationships.
• You work in a structured way with complex customers and many stakeholders.
• You communicate clearly in Danish and English.
• You thrive on coordinating collaboration across disciplines.

It is an advantage if you have an advanced financial education or experience from a financial institution, the property industry or a related sector. Most important is your willingness to learn, take responsibility and develop the role together with the team.
