  • Develop production forecasts, reserves evaluations and uncertainty assessments for development scenarios.
  • Identify opportunities for reservoir optimisation, field redevelopment and future appraisal programmes.
  • Support integrated asset studies and contribute to decision-making on field development projects.
  • Apply advanced reservoir engineering methodologies and simulation techniques when required.
  • Present technical recommendations and study outcomes to stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Mentor and coach junior reservoir engineers and contribute to capability development across the organisation.
  • Promote strong HSE behaviours and continuous improvement in all activities.

We expect that you have

  • A master's degree, PhD or equivalent qualification in Reservoir Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 10 to 15 years of reservoir engineering experience.
  • Strong experience in reservoir simulation and dynamic reservoir modelling.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously within reservoir engineering activities.
  • Experience participating in integrated subsurface studies and field development projects.
  • Operational experience within asset teams, affiliates or integrated geoscience and reservoir studies.
