Hi there,

We’re looking for a Senior Strategist (Brand, Comms) to help shape and strengthen the brands of tomorrow. You’ll work closely with world-class designers, creatives, developers, and consultants to turn insights into strategy and strategy into action.

Danish proficiency is a plus (but not a must) for this role.

What you’ll be doing

• Research & Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., stakeholder interviews, workshops, market research, trend analysis, and data interpretation).
• Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop brand platforms, incl. core narratives, positioning, and messaging frameworks that drive brand-led business.
• Communication & Content Strategy: Craft brand-led communication strategies, key messaging, and storytelling approaches.
• Strategy in Action: Move seamlessly from strategic thinking to execution by shaping campaign plans, content, messaging, and activations that create measurable impact.
• Business Impact: Connect brand and communication initiatives to business objectives, customer needs, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with designers, creatives, and strategists to ensure brand vision is executed effectively.
• Client & Project Leadership: Manage multiple brand and communication projects, maintain strong client relationships, and present insights and recommendations.
• Adept copywriting skills in both Danish and English are key - you know how to craft compelling narratives and articulate strategic thinking clearly.

We don’t expect you to tick every single box, but the more, the better - and we value potential just as much as experience.

Your background

• 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, communications, or marketing (agency, consultancy, or client-side).
• A relevant academic background - or a strong track record proving your skills.

• Leadership skills - you naturally guide projects, support junior colleagues, and help grow the brand and comms function at Signifly.
• A collaborative mindset - you work well across teams and communicate effectively.
• You’re comfortable using emerging tools and technologies, including AI, to accelerate research, sharpen thinking, and improve execution.
