Service Manager wanted at Spejlblank – become part of a modern cleaning company

Are you good at creating an overview, leading a team and ensuring high quality? Then you might be our new service leader at Spejlblank Cleaning.

We are seeking a full-time service leader who will help ensure that our customers receive good service, and that our employees have the best conditions to deliver a good result.

You will play a central role in daily operations and work closely with both customers and cleaning staff. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, follows up, and thrives in a day-to-day where planning is combined with regular visits to the customers.

Your tasks

• Plan and coordinate the daily cleaning.
• Lead, motivate and support the staff.
• Introduce and train new colleagues.
• Perform quality control and ensure the work meets the agreements with the customers.
• Maintain ongoing contact with the customers and handle questions and requests.
• Adjust staffing in case of illness and holidays.
• Ensure that the staff have the necessary cleaning supplies and the right equipment.

Who are you?

You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly and treat both customers and colleagues with respect. You keep an overview when plans change, and follow up so that the tasks are completed.

We are looking for someone who

• Would preferably have experience from the cleaning industry, coordination or team leadership, but it is not a requirement.
• Speaks fluent English, as you will need to communicate with both customers and employees in English. Danish language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Has an eye for quality and attention to detail.
• Can work independently and take responsibility for the daily operations.
• Thrives in collaborating with people from different backgrounds.
• Wants a daily routine with visits to several different customers.
• Has a valid driving license for passenger cars (category B).
