Weber Machinery (Weber Food Technology GmbH) is a global market leader in the development and production of slicing machines for deli meats and cheese. The company operates in 21 countries worldwide.

We are now looking for a skilled maintenance technician for our capital-region based company who can autonomously coordinate and perform maintenance tasks at our various customer sites. Join a strong team that is responsible for the installation and maintenance of production lines for food industry customers across Finland.

Your role centers on planning, coordinating, and performing maintenance so that our customers' equipment operates in accordance with the highest quality requirements. In Finland our team consists of two maintenance technicians and in Scandinavia a total of ten. The maintenance technician role we are now hiring for is varied and you will continuously develop your own role, focusing on a high level of service, systematic execution of maintenance visits, and monitoring of maintenance contracts. Travel across Finland is part of the job, mainly in the South Ostrobothnia and Ostrobothnia regions.

Who are we looking for?

• You have education in, for example, automation engineering, electrical engineering, or metal industry tasks
• You have experience installing and maintaining technical equipment
• Experience with complex automated production lines is an asset, but you will receive strong team support and onboarding for the role if needed
• You are an outgoing person and you act in a solution-oriented way
• You have a confident service attitude and understand the importance of excellent service, as customer satisfaction is the foundation of our success and we are proud of it.
