Trekløverskolen, Græse Bakkeby department, is looking for an after-school and school pedagogical assistant for 32 hours per week.

We are seeking an engaged colleague with a start date of 1 January 2027.

A daily life centered on relationships and communities

With us you will be part of both our after-school program and the team around the first grade.

We place emphasis on every child feeling they belong and having the opportunity to participate in the community.

In the after-school program you will help develop a leisure-pedagogical environment where play, friendships, creativity, and the children’s own initiatives have a central role. This is also visible in our everyday life through our large Halloween party for children and parents, as well as our MGP production, where we work project-based over several weeks to create a fantastic MGP evening with the children on stage for the parents.

In the school you will work closely with the teachers to create good frameworks for the children’s learning, well-being and development

A strong collegial community

You will become part of an after-school program with about 140 children and seven caring, engaged and humorous colleagues with different competencies. We help each other, share ideas and are curious about each other’s professional perspectives.

We work on developing our pedagogical practice and creating even better participation opportunities for the children. There is room here to think creatively, try out ideas and learn together.

A bit about us

Trekløverskolen is a public school with three departments in Frederikssund Municipality. At Græse Bakkeby we have children from 0th to 6th grade, and the after-school program is an important part of the children’s everyday life.

Practical information

The position is 32 hours per week with a start on 1 January 2027. The working hours are distributed between school and the after-school program. In teaching you will generally be one of two adults in the class. Working hours are within 06:30–17:00. There are occasional evening meetings and parent-teacher conferences. Employment is subject to the applicable collective agreement.
