About the job

You will work with patients with complex problems in a structured and specialized forensic psychiatric environment. We are four departments with a strong interdisciplinary collegial camaraderie and high professionalism. We do not use external temporary staff, which ensures continuity and quality in treatment.

Your daily tasks will include

• Care, observation and relationship work
• Working according to clear structures and fixed frameworks
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with, among others, nurses, doctors, social workers, therapists and pedagogues

Your tasks

• Contribute to a safe and stable working environment with a focus on conflict management and de-escalation
• Create structure and predictability for the patients
• Observe, document and relay relevant information to the interdisciplinary team
• Handle medication management
• Actively participate in the environmental therapeutic work
• Work recovery-oriented with a focus on the patient’s resources
• Take care of basic care and welfare tasks

Framework for the position

• 37 hours per week in mixed shifts
• Weekend shift every other weekend
• Possibility of 12-hour shifts
• Employment from 1 February 2027 or by agreement

• Salary and terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement (32.03)

Starting salary for collective agreement employees

The region is obligated to inform you about the starting salary for the position. You will be told base salary, centrally determined allowances, and pension under the relevant collective agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
