Waste in the future must more of a resource that is recycled, and the development of the waste sector is crucial for an efficient use of our resources and a sustainable future. The waste and recycling area is undergoing rapid change, and our regulation therefore has great and continuously increasing significance for our stakeholders and the sector as a whole.
Your tasks You will be attached to our team, which monitors the economic development in the waste sector and is closely involved in the implementation of new economic regulation in the sector, but your specific tasks and responsibilities will be tailored to your profile. In the team we collaborate on tasks including:

We provide training in your concrete tasks, and through our onboarding program your own professionalism is supplemented with an introduction to the entire energy sector.
We solve our tasks in close dialogue and cooperation with the legislative authorities in the area as well as interest organizations, municipalities and utility companies. After a few years with us you will have a large network, you will be a skilled and attractive specialist in the regulation of the utilities sectors, and you will have deep insight into the waste and energy industry.
About you We imagine that you

- are curious and want to familiarize yourself with new problem areas
- thrive on collaborating with other professional groups at the intersection of economics, law and policy
- are responsible, take initiative and focus on results – both in starting and completing tasks
- can participate in collaborations with colleagues, but can also work independently
- are a skilled communicator – both in writing and orally.
Experience from public administration, economic regulation, the consulting industry or companies within the utilities sector will be an advantage, but it is not a requirement, as we in large measure provide training ourselves.
