Skilled Process Operator Wanted in Nakskov

Do you have experience with production and do you thrive with machines, quality and fixed procedures? Then maybe you are the one we are looking for as a process operator for our partner in a manufacturing company.

As a process operator you will become an important part of the daily production, where you work with operation and monitoring of production plants. You will, among other things, be responsible for start-up, setup and adjustment of machines as well as ongoing quality control. The job entails various tasks across the production, and you will be thoroughly trained in the processes. You must be prepared for a production environment with high temperatures and significant noise from the machines .

Responsibilities

• Operation and monitoring of production plants
• Start-up, setup and ongoing adjustment of machines
• Quality control and documentation
• Troubleshooting and minor adjustments
• Cleaning and maintenance of production equipment
• Various tasks across the production

Professional qualifications

• Experience as a process operator or from production
• Technical understanding and flair for machines
• Can communicate in Danish and/or English
• Has good hands-on skills
• Thrives with fixed procedures and a focus on hygiene and food safety

Personal qualifications

• Works in a structured and quality-conscious way
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Wants to learn and develop
• Is flexible and ready for different tasks
• Thrives in a production environment with high temperatures and a lot of noise from the machines
• Is prepared for physically active work

Day shift · Afternoon shift

Training

• If you are new to the field, you will receive about 3 months of training . If you already have experience, the training period is about 1.5 months .
• You must be ready to learn a bit of everything, as the job involves various tasks around production, the machines and quality.
