We are in rapid development at our boarding school at UCRS, and therefore we are looking for several staff for the Boarding School.

We are looking for a permanent position at our boarding school, which is growing rapidly at the moment.

We have about 250 students living at the boarding school, and as a boarding school assistant, you will have a great responsibility for the students' well-being.

As a boarding school assistant, you will help motivate the students to take initiative and to participate actively in activities at the boarding school and in the local area.

As a person you should be empathetic, and you should be good at handling difficult conversations with students, and generally have an affirming/recognizing approach to the students and their situation.

You will join a team of about 10 staff members, and there are rotating working hours, including night shifts and weekend shifts.

It would be an advantage if you have a driver's license and your own car available.

UCRS is an independent educational institution that offers a wide range of youth and adult education in Ringkøbing and Skjern. Our education portfolio includes the general upper secondary programs HHX and HTX, a number of vocational and EUX programs, as well as 10th grade, VUC, AMU and VEU. We have about 1,400 day students distributed between courses and the boarding school.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are determined according to the applicable collective agreement. The position is part-time / 8 - 15 hours per week. In case of illness or holidays there may be a need for more hours, so it is very important that you are flexible with your working hours.

Remuneration is according to the applicable collective agreement and according to the Ny Løn principles and pension scheme.
