We are looking for a blacksmith for construction and installation in Horsens.

You will become part of a larger smithing environment, where the work focuses on commercial tasks and not small private hang-ups. The day-to-day alternates between construction, assembly, installation and fieldwork, so you both get tasks that are built to completion and tasks that need to be set up on-site. You work alternately alone and with a partner, depending on the task and what makes the most sense.

Everyday: Construction, installation and fieldwork

Your everyday The day is planned according to the task: some days you work with construction fabrication and assembly, other days there is installation on site. When the task requires two people, you work with a partner, and when it can be done yourself, you take it from start to finish.

You will, among other things, work with

• Manufacture and assemble constructions
• Carry out installation and fieldwork on commercial tasks
• Adjust constructions in connection with installation
• Cut, drill and fit items
• Repair and modify forged components

There is room to take responsibility, but also to ask a partner when something doesn’t add up. The social aspect matters here, so you must be able to take initiative and be easy to work with.

We imagine that you

• Have preferably at least 2 years of experience as a blacksmith
• Can work both independently and with a partner
• Are reliable and punctual
• Speak up if something isn’t right
• Speak respectfully with colleagues and people on site

It’s an advantage if you have experience with both workshop work and installation before. But the most important is that you can take responsibility for what you deliver.
