You will become part of a security company, where metalworking is closely linked to fire and burglary security. The customers are mainly businesses, institutions and construction projects, where the solution must fit the building and security requirements. That means the work is not only about welding and assembling - it must also be possible to install properly on-site.

The role suits you if you can take a task from design to installation and still stay calm when something needs to be adjusted on site. You get a company car, and a driving license is necessary because there is installation and fieldwork in the role. It is a job for an experienced metalworker who enjoys seeing their craft put to concrete use.

Everyday: Construction, installation and service

Your everyday

The day alternates between workshop tasks, installation and service tasks. You manufacture and assemble structures, and when something needs to be installed or repaired at the customer's premises, you take responsibility for ensuring it is solved properly. The company car makes fieldwork easier, but the tasks start with you having mastery of the craftsmanship that goes out the door.

You will, among other things, work with

• Manufactures and assembles constructions after the task
• Installs solutions on site
• Repairs and services existing solutions
• Adapts, drills and cuts parts so they fit
• Works with constructions in steel and metal

There is a short path from an idea in the workshop to a solution that must work in a building. Therefore you should be the type who speaks up if something doesn’t add up, instead of just letting it go out the door.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes

You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 4 years of experience as a metalworker
• Have a driving license
• Can manufacture and assemble constructions
• Can take responsibility for installation and service tasks
• Show up reliably and speak up if something isn’t right

It’s an advantage if you have prior fieldwork experience. The most important is that you can deliver solid metalworking and speak properly with customers.
