At Snøvsegøjserne in the Børnehuset Mini-Max we are looking for a trained educator for a maternity-leave substitution with start date 1 January 2027. We are looking for a colleague who meets the children with warmth, presence and curiosity, and who wants to be an important part of their first year in the community.

Mini-Max is an integrated children’s house in Otterup with 36 nursery children distributed across four groups and 90 kindergarten children distributed across several groups. We work every day for the good childhood life, where relationships, communities, imagination, play and motor development go hand in hand.

At Snøvsegøjserne you will find the house’s oldest nursery children. It is an age group where development happens quickly, and where you as an educator get to be close to the children’s budding independence, their first close friendships and their growing courage to explore the world. At the same time you play an important role in creating a safe and good transition to kindergarten life.

We are looking for an educator who sees the possibilities in everyday life, values the small progress, and wants to be part of a strong professional community around the children. You are a colleague who wants and has the courage to make your colleagues better and at the same time let yourself be inspired, challenged and developed in interaction with your colleagues.

The expected salary range will be provided at the first interview. The final salary is determined based on your qualifications and previous work experience and after concrete negotiation with the relevant trade association.
