What you'll do

As a Consultant in Social Media you will be a central part of the work to create measurable results for a wide range of clients - from ambitious startups to well-established companies, both in Denmark and internationally. You will take responsibility from the start and have the opportunity to independently drive and optimize clients' performance on social media – of course with support from a competent and experienced team.

Your primary task will be to ensure that platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat are used effectively to create business value. This means you will work data-driven with planning, activation, monitoring and scaling of campaigns, where the focus is on performance, ROI and constant optimization.

You will continuously be in dialogue with both new and existing clients, where you contribute with analyses, identify growth potential and follow up on results. The role requires that you thrive with numbers, work in a structured way and have the ability to translate data into concrete recommendations and actions. In other words, your analytical approach and ability to execute effectively will be your greatest strength in the job.

Experience you'll bring

This may not be the most classic job description - as we are not necessarily looking for someone who can do everything from day one. Instead, we would like you to already have 1-2 years of experience with social ads and have built a solid foundation in paid social - preferably with particular knowledge of the Meta platforms.

However, the most important thing for us is something else: your motivation, your drive and your desire to develop. You thrive in a high-tempo environment, take responsibility for your tasks and are motivated by creating strong results for clients.

We are especially excited when we meet a candidate who is analytically sharp, well-spoken and glad to have client contact. You should want to be close to the clients, be able to translate data and insights into concrete recommendations and thrive in a role where relationships and advisory go hand in hand with performance and execution.

At the same time, we would like you to have an interest in AI and perhaps have already experimented a little with how AI can be used in marketing work. It is not a requirement that you are a specialist - but it is important that you are curious about how new tools and technologies can enhance both quality, efficiency and results.

It is a requirement for this role that you speak and write fluent Danish, as a large part of our clients are Danish.
