About us

The residence Dyssemosen is a residential care facility for 7 residents with significant functional limitations. Our everyday life is based on security, structure and respect for each resident. We live in scenic surroundings and have just opened a new farm, where together with the residents we create a daily life as close to ordinary life as possible.

About the position

We are seeking a Social- and Health Care Assistant for a permanent position of 32 hours per week. The work is distributed on weekdays and every other weekend.

As an SOSU assistant you will be part of the daily work around the residents and at the same time have an important health professional function. You will become part of a committed and pedagogically strong team, where we lift together.

Your tasks will include

• Handling of FMK (Fælles Medicinkort) and updating medication information
• Ordering medication from doctor and pharmacy
• Dosing medication and handling injections
• Assessment of the need for medical assistance
• Participation in practical tasks and interaction with residents in daily life
• Contribute to creating structure, calm and security in the residents' lives

We expect that you

• Have authorization as a Social- and Health Care Assistant and experience with FMK
• Are responsible, present and robust
• Have a structured approach to tasks and understand the importance of clear boundaries
• Thrive in collaboration with others and contribute to a good work culture
• Can stay calm and act appropriately in pressurized situations
• Are flexible and adaptable
• Have a natural respect for residents' right to self-determination

Practical

• The position is 30 hours per week, with rotating shifts and work every other weekend.
