Social- and Health Care Assistant for day shift in Brøndbyvester Home Care - 37 hours

Do you want to help create security and make a difference in citizens' daily lives? Then we are looking for you as our new SSH colleague in the day shift.

In Brøndbyvester Home Care, we work to translate the Elder Care Act into practice. The citizen's self-determination, wishes and needs are central to our work. We start from what is important to the individual and plan the help together with the citizen.

You will become part of a multidisciplinary team with social- and health care helpers, social- and health care assistants and nurses. We share our knowledge, use each other's competencies and help each other in everyday life.

Your tasks

As an SSH assistant you help the citizens with personal care and practical tasks and support them in using their own resources. You create safety through presence and recognizability and respond to changes in the citizen's condition. Documentation and close collaboration with colleagues is an important part of the job.

• Are trained social- and health care helper.
• Meet the citizens with respect and have an eye for their self-determination.
• Work rehabilitatively and support the citizen in doing as much as possible themselves.
• Take responsibility and can work independently.
• Contribute to good collaboration and a respectful dialogue.
• Have a desire to learn and develop yourself together with us.

The position is initially 37 hours per week with weekend shifts every 3rd weekend .
