Social- and health care helpers and social- and health care assistants for Area West Herning

In connection with a restructuring and the introduction of holistic care, Area West is seeking engaged social and health helpers and social and health assistants for both day and evening shifts. We are looking for colleagues who want to help develop a holistic approach where the citizen's needs, wishes and resources are at the center.

About the positions

• You can apply for a fixed day shift or a fixed evening shift, or mixed shifts
• The number of hours is agreed according to your wishes and our possibilities
• As a rule, you work every 2nd or every 3rd weekend
• You will become part of an interprofessional community with a focus on holistic care, continuity and high professional quality.

Your tasks

• Providing personal care, practical support and rehabilitative interventions based on the citizen's goals
• Observing, documenting and following up on changes in the citizen's condition
• Collaborating closely with colleagues and other professional groups to ensure coherent care trajectories
• Actively contributing to the development of holistic care and a good working environment.

We are looking for someone who

• is educated as a social- and health helper or social- and health assistant
• meets citizens with respect, calm and professional curiosity
• can work independently and at the same time sees the value of interdisciplinary collaboration
• is flexible, responsible and contributes positively to the community
• wants to help shape new working practices in connection with the restructuring and holistic care.
