The day and 24/7 services Saustrup and Rydehjemmet in the Center for Handicap, Holstebro Municipality, are seeking an engaged colleague for a coordinating role with solid social-pedagogical insight and a holistic perspective.

Your primary workplace will be Rydehjemmet, but you will also have coordinating tasks at Saustrup. You will be part of a multidisciplinary community with committed colleagues, where we value trust, professional curiosity and joint responsibility for citizens' well-being and development.

About the services

Rydehjemmet near Vinderup has capacity for 19 residents, while Saustrup near Skave houses 22 residents distributed across two residential units. Both services provide social-pedagogical support, care and nursing for residents with permanently reduced functioning. Rydehjemmet includes an internal activity offering, and Saustrup also houses the Nature Workshop with activities under the Social Services Act §§ 103 and 104.

Our shared core task is: "We co-create the qualified everyday life for and with the resident." We work recovery-oriented with focus on the resident's wishes, resources, self-determination and a meaningful life.

Your role and your competences

As an employee with a coordinating function you support the professional quality and daily operations in collaboration with colleagues, management and the on-call rota team. You contribute to professional sparring, knowledge sharing and implementation of social-pedagogical methods LA2u, neuro-pedagogy, as well as health care interventions.

You also participate in the citizen-facing practice. The position does not include personnel management. Familiarity with Nexus and Sekoia is an advantage.

We envision that you have a relevant professional background, solid experience with the target group and strong social-pedagogical competences. You create overview, maintain calm in a changing everyday life and are motivated by professional development, knowledge sharing and collaboration. You have a driving license and access to a car.

Practical information

The position: 37 hours per week. Flexibility is expected according to the service's needs. Start as soon as possible and no later than January 1, 2027.

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, and the rules on New Pay
