Social and Health Care Assistant or Pedagogue for Fonden KærBo.

The KærBo Foundation seeks a committed and professionally skilled social and health care assistant or pedagogue for a permanent position of 37 or 30 hours per week with commencement as soon as possible, 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible.

About the position

As an employee at KærBo you will carry out resident-focused tasks in a social-psychiatric group home. We work to create safe and developmental environments for our residents with a focus on rehabilitation, well-being and independence.

The staff at KærBo work from a mentalizing approach and we can offer NADA treatment. It would therefore be positive if you can master the mentalizing approach and have NADA training.

We have capacity in our offering for 10 residents under §107 and §108. In addition, we have 9 places in our training apartments, located near KærBo. The training apartments also operate with daily support from staff. Your place of work may vary from the main house at Kær to the training apartments nearby.

We expect that you

• Are trained as a social and health care assistant or pedagogue.
• Have an interest in or experience with social psychiatry
• Have experience with medication management
• Can work independently while also being part of a team
• Have good collaboration skills and an acknowledging approach to the residents
• Have a category B driving license.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are according to the applicable agreement with SL. The position is 37 or 30 hours per week and is desired to be filled from 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible.

The working hours are distributed across day, evening and every 7th weekend.

Prior to employment, a criminal record check will be obtained, and the employment will be conditional on its satisfactory.
