About Nøddebo

Nøddebo is part of Area Ørum and a 24/7 provision in the Social Services for adults with developmental disabilities as well as significant and enduring mental and physical functional impairments.

The citizens have a need for pedagogical support to work with their hopes, dreams and wishes for everyday life. In addition, they have, to varying degrees, a need for care, practical assistance, personal care, as well as support for delegated health professional tasks.

The service is covered by waking night shifts, carried out by fixed staff.

About the position

At Nøddebo we base ourselves on the individual citizen's wishes, needs and goals, as described in VUM 2.0. We work closely with the citizens to create a daily life characterized by quality of life, development and as much independence as possible.

Our interventions are documented in Nexus and include both pedagogical and health professional perspectives. The documentation is carried out in collaboration with the citizen and supports a systematic, targeted and cohesive effort.

We work interdisciplinary in an environment characterized by safety, familiarity and predictability. Our professional approach is inspired by Low Arousal, Gentle Teaching and an affirming/acknowledging approach to collaboration with the citizens.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Working hours are expected to vary, primarily day and evening shifts, as well as work every second weekend.
