We are seeking social and health care assistants for our health and care placements in Hvidovre, Tårnby, Brøndby and Høje-Taastrup.

We are seeking both employees for mixed shifts and a fixed night shift in Høje-Taastrup.

From 1 January 2027 the health and care placements will become part of Amager and Hvidovre Hospital, and the newly established Center for Citizen-Centered Health will take over the operation and responsibility for the placements. About the Center for Citizen-Centered Health

The Center for Citizen-Centered Health is a newly established unit at Amager and Hvidovre Hospital. From 1 January 2027, the center takes over responsibility for the operation of 138 health and care placements distributed across five sites, serving citizens from nine municipalities in Health Council Amager and Vestegnen. In addition, the center takes over the emergency nursing in the nine municipalities.

The health and care placements are targeted at citizens who need a health professional intervention but do not require hospital admission. The aim is either to prevent admission or to support the citizen's path back to their own home after illness.

In connection with the takeover, about 200 employees will become part of the center.

We are in the process of building a new organization where we will develop workflows, collaborative relationships and solutions that support a coherent and citizen-centered health system.

Salary and employment terms You will be employed organizationally in the Center for Citizen-Centered Health at Amager and Hvidovre Hospital, which belongs to Region Østdanmark.

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the collective agreement for social and health personnel concluded between RLTN and FOA with pay placement as social- and health care assistant.
