Who are we

We are looking for a colleague who with professional pride comes to work.

We are a team consisting of social and health care assistants, social and health helpers, unskilled workers as hourly paid, who in a multidisciplinary community with nurses handle the interventions that citizens have been assessed for. There are exciting, challenging and complicated health-care tasks with the citizens.

We are looking for you who are educated as a social- and health helper, who takes pride in delivering high quality and professionalism in your work, both with our citizens and in documentation. We have a fixed meeting structure to ensure high professionalism and quality in task execution as well as a good work environment. The meetings take place after lunch. The structure includes Triages meetings every evening, professional 15-minute meetings and nursing/SSA meetings. Co-governing mini-team meetings where driver lists are reviewed and optimized.

In our team we need 19 employees to attend daily.

We have our own skilled coordinating planner.

Employment process and salary

The start date is as soon as possible.

We offer salary and employment terms according to the agreement for Social- and Health Personnel in municipalities and according to principles of local pay formation and in agreement with the negotiating organization.

The salary range for the position is DKK 29,539 – 37,200 per month (37 hours).

The salary depends on a negotiation between the manager and the professional organization that has the negotiating rights for the applicable collective agreement.

The pay composition depends on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
