Social- and Health Care Assistant for evening shift in Home Care Allingåbro

The position is in the evening shift with work every 2nd weekend and is expected to be filled no later than January 1, 2027.

You must be trained as a social and health care assistant and must be able to handle care tasks, practical help and selected nursing tasks for citizens in their own homes. You will join a team consisting of helpers, assistants and nurses. We have a rehabilitative approach to the work, and we focus on preventing unnecessary hospitalizations. We believe that all people are special. • Is passionate about working with people, is committed to their work and wants to take responsibility and learn new things
• Is professionally skilled and can involve the citizen in the tasks, and can collaborate with citizens, relatives, colleagues and across the organization

• Has experience with the documentation system Nexus, or is willing to learn it.
