Social and Health Helper / Social and Health Assistant for a permanent position on Lyø

Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality is seeking Social and Health Assistants and/or Social and Health Helpers for 1 permanent position in the Lyø group.

At Home Care Faaborg C and Lyø we are looking for 1 new colleague who would like to be part of our lovely workplace!

We are looking for

• 1 Social and Health Assistant or Social- and health helper to cover day and night shifts on Lyø. The position is to be filled immediately.

The Lyø group is part of the Home Care group Faaborg C and Lyø consisting of approximately 80 social and health helpers, social and health assistants, unskilled workers and students, distributed across day and evening shifts.

The Lyø group has day and night shifts with scheduled rest periods as well as night shifts. The shifts run in fixed rotations over 2 weeks with a maximum of 48 hours per week.

A local agreement has been entered into between FOA and Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality regarding Lyø day and night shifts.

Our core task is to create the best framework for a holistic and rehabilitative effort for citizens in their own homes. We focus on ensuring that the citizen, through a targeted and interdisciplinary process, experiences a dignified life.
