About the job as sous-chef

In our department, professional and personal development is always in focus. Therefore we are seeking a new sous-chef who wants to help develop the department, the local area, and not least themselves.

You will have a workplace in our well-functioning department in Pandrup in a large house that houses both a private department, a corporate department and two large support functions. We are about 50 in the house. The position as sous-chef is in our private department, where there are 9 advisers with a good diversity of gender, age and areas of expertise, as well as an trainee.

Our collaboration with each other is crucial, as it provides the greatest job satisfaction and at the same time influences our customer relationships. Customers should experience us as the preferred local financial team, that sees them as people and not just numbers in a system.

As sous-chef you will be a close sparring partner for the department director and can thereby support everyday life in the department. This applies both to the professional aspects and to the outward-facing in the local area, where you will become one of the front figures.

You will also take on responsibility for an attractive client portfolio that seeks your qualified advice in relation to housing, pensions, investments and insurance. There will continue to be room to expand the portfolio with attention to the fact that you also need time for local visibility and the other tasks in the role as sous-chef.

With us the whole team stands behind you. In practice, this means you will get help from many different specialists, so you have time for customers and the development of the department.

What you need to function well in the role

You are trained in the financial sector and have broad experience in advising private customers.

The most important thing for us is that you are good at collaborating with many different personality types – both when it comes to customers and colleagues.

As a person you are proactive and see new opportunities, but are aware that you have people with you when you initiate new initiatives.
