The job and our expectations

As Sous Chef it is a requirement that you are a trained mechanic. Your primary tasks will be to:

• Be the Workshop Manager's daily support and sparring partner
• Be the employee who steps in when the Workshop Manager is not present
• Perform service and repair tasks
• Achieve high customer satisfaction through good customer service and quality work

After 6 months of employment you will enter one of our three training tracks: Master Technician, Service Technician or Electrical and Hybrid Technician, depending on where you are located.
