We are looking for a candidate who ideally

- Has documented research experience and a strong scientific profile.
- Is interested in complex systems and in the interaction between people, organization and clinical practice.
- Has strong methodological and analytical competences and experience with development and execution of research projects.
- Has experience with practice-oriented research and interest in creating a close link between research and clinical development.
- Has experience with research support, research supervision or professional sparring with other researchers and clinicians.
- Has experience with grant applications and interest in building a long-term and sustainable research portfolio.
