Social and Health Care Assistant for Home Care East in Rebild Municipality

We are looking for a new social- and health care assistant colleague for a position with predominantly evening shifts. Do you want to make a difference for the citizens and become part of a professionally strong, caring and engaged community, then maybe you are the one we are looking for

In Home Care East we work in cross-disciplinary fixed teams, with a focus on holistic care and cross-disciplinary collaboration around the citizen.

We are divided into smaller teams and you will become part of a fixed team with the opportunity to make your mark on the team. In Home Care East we are divided into 3 teams, with a base either in Terndrup or Skørping.

Your tasks will include

• taking care of personal care and practical help
• observation and documentation of the citizens' functional and health status
• collaboration with colleagues, relatives and other professionals

Practical information

• Mixed shifts with primarily evening shifts. Hours by agreement
• weekend work every 2nd weekend
• employment date 1 January 2027
• application deadline 23 November 2026, interviews held on 26 and 27 November
• it is a prerequisite to be considered for the position that you have a valid driving licence (B)
• wage and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization
