Social- and Health Care Assistant for day shift in Local Team Herfølge

Two of our colleagues need to pursue further studies, so we are looking for two new colleagues.

We work purposefully to ensure that the individual citizen can live a good life filled with joy and security. We do this, among other things, by:

• being curious about the effort and relation to contribute to security and collaboration with the citizen at the center
• involving the individual citizen's family in a constructive collaboration
• taking the citizen as a starting point by working in mini teams, which create more continuity and quality for the individual
• being there for each other and supporting each other – even when it gets challenging
• working rehabilitatively in all shifts – the citizen is empowered to do what they can themselves

We work purposefully to ensure that each employee has the desire and courage to solve everyday tasks. This is pursued by:

• planning an individual introductory program with a buddy
• focusing on the balance between private life and work life
• working with social capital – because it increases well-being and quality
• working in miniteams with more responsibility for everyday life
• strengthening your competences, so there is continuous development

We plan the work in smaller teams so that the individual citizen will experience fewer staff in the home and we will look more holistically at the citizen's needs and wishes. We have a focus on the interdisciplinary and rehabilitative. We are a team of therapists, nurses, SSA and SSH, as well as employed students and trainees.

You will become part of a team that places emphasis on collaboration, high professionalism and social togetherness. Because when you get along well with each other and at the workplace, it creates energy that can be felt in the care. There is sometimes a need to drive a car, which is provided, and therefore there is a requirement to have a manual transmission driver's license.

The position is 37 hours/week, but we can discuss fewer hours if you wish and weekend shifts every second weekend.
