Your role

As a store manager

• you run a store with high tempo and solid results
• lead and develop your team in everyday life
• work structurally with our concepts, including our management concept “Best for the Basis”
• ensure strong execution and great customer experiences
• develop employees and spot new leadership talents

Maybe you already work in retail or groceries. You are at least a capable leader who has experience running a store or an area with responsibility for both operations and employees.

You have delivered results through strong operations, daily structure and by developing the people you lead.

You thrive in a daily life with pace, responsibility and clear goals, and are motivated by building a strong team that together delivers good results.
