Student Assistant for Marketing & Communications

At Bisca we are looking for an engaged and curious student assistant who will be an important support in our marketing department and gain insight into both internal and external communication tasks.

Your tasks

You will become part of our marketing team in Albertslund, where we work closely on many varied projects. Your tasks will include:

• Creating and updating content for the website in WordPress
• Contributing to content plans including texts, images and competitions
• Coordinating and following up on POS materials, including prices and deliveries
• Being the go-to person for digital packages and graphic briefs
• Preparing presentation material for marketing managers based on the brief from the marketing manager
• Support for LinkedIn communication – including development of the annual plan
• Conducting taste panels (internal and external)
• Practical ad hoc tasks, e.g. sending customer samples, updating image archives or logistics for sales meetings

The position is 8-15 hours per week spread over 1-2 days, which we adapt to your study commitments.

Who are you?

• In the final year of your bachelor’s or at the start of your master’s (e.g. Cand.merc.(kom.))
• Structured, detail-oriented and follows tasks through to completion
• Have a positive drive, good mood and willingness to tackle both big and small tasks
• Creative and have a good visual eye as well as strong written skills
• Have experience with Microsoft Office – especially PowerPoint
• Are curious about applying AI in text and graphical contexts (not a requirement, but a
• benefit)
• Preferably have experience from a previous student job

Work location

You will base at our office in Albertslund (Herstedøstervej 27-29B, st., 2620 Albertslund), a short distance from both Glostrup and Albertslund Station – about 35 minutes from Copenhagen C.
