Student Assistant for the Boligsociale Helhedsplan in Bispehaven

The Boligsociale Holistic Plan in Bispehaven seeks an outgoing and engaged student assistant who wants to help sustain and develop social and competence-building communities in Fælleshuset Bispehaven.

The position is approximately 12 hours per week , primarily spread over 3-4 days Monday-Thursday between 9.00 and 13.00. The position is fixed-term until the end of 2026 with commencement as soon as possible.

About the job

As a student assistant you will be part of the Boligsociale team.

You will work closely with residents and help create the framework where they can strengthen their professional, linguistic and social skills. At the same time you will help support communities, neighborhood relations and engagement among residents.

In Fælleshuset there are already a number of competence-building activities and social communities facilitated by instructors. Your task will include: supporting, coordinating and further developing these activities.

Your tasks

You will, among other things,

• set up a residents' volunteer corps in Fælleshuset, including recruitment, guidance and training of resident volunteers
• support and maintain the competence-building activities in Fælleshuset
• help create structure, continuity and a good atmosphere around the existing social communities
• take the initiative for new activities and solutions when you see a need and if hours allow.

We imagine that you

• want to work with people and thrive in a diverse resident group
• have experience with or an interest in creating and supporting social communities – preferably among adults
• have experience with or an interest in working with vulnerable adults
• are organized and can keep an overview when you have multiple tasks underway
• communicate in a friendly, clear and respectful manner
• can work independently, take initiative and follow your tasks through to the end
• want to be a visible and welcoming part of everyday life in Fælleshuset.

It is not essential that you can do everything in advance. The most important thing is that you want to work with people, take responsibility and help create positive communities.
