Do you want to help solve one of the world's biggest crises – the nature crisis? Does it motivate you to become part of a global NGO that works nationally and internationally with everything from policy to the implementation of project partnerships? If you have high engagement and good energy, you may be the new student assistant in our Partnerships Department.

We imagine that you are in the final year of your bachelor’s degree or the first year of your master’s degree. You are an ambitious student who is motivated by a broad range of tasks: from analysis to administrative to development-related tasks.

You will join WWF’s Partnerships Department, where you, in close collaboration with your colleagues in the team, will support communication with WWF’s external partners – including corporations, private and public foundations. A large part of the department's work focuses on identifying the interplay between a company’s strategy and business focus and their work with biodiversity and nature. To support this work, you will contribute with research and analysis work as well as due diligence on potential new partners. Depending on your profile, you will also help support the development of grant applications.

We offer our student assistants independent responsibility, and your tasks will be shaped with regard to your wishes and qualifications. Development and learning are very important to us, and we ensure that you continuously receive sparring and help with your tasks so you build relevant experience and new competences.

We imagine that you

  • are curious about the interplay between nature, environment and business and corporate strategy
  • are pursuing a relevant education in business, economics, social sciences, sustainability, international relations or similar
  • would like to work with a combination of analysis, administrative, development- and new tasks
  • work structurally, take initiative and take pride in delivering a good piece of work every time
  • are a good combination of team player and able to work independently
  • are fluent in both Danish and English

In WWF we help each other across the organisation. Therefore, it is a natural part of the role as a student assistant that you occasionally contribute to tasks and events outside your own field or team.

We offer

  • a unique development opportunity in the world’s leading nature organisation
  • a place in a central team of dedicated colleagues in a professionally strong environment that makes a difference for the world's nature every day
  • influence in getting more companies to invest in nature-based projects and thus alleviate their climate footprint and pressure on nature
  • an engaged dialogue with relevant partners and the opportunity to contribute to developing new partnerships
  • Working hours average 15-20 hours per week, and you will be responsible for structuring your work day so that your office hours fit your education and your tasks.

Questions can be directed to Head of Foundations, Signe Poppenbøll Hansen at tel. 20678808. We want the position filled as soon as possible. We will be on autumn holiday in week 42, except Monday the 12th and Tuesday the 13th, when Partnership Director Julie Hjort can be contacted on 25758933.

Interested? Upload your CV and a short, motivated application no later than 19/10 at 23:59 . We read applications and hold interviews on an ongoing basis.

To ensure a fair and equal employment process, we encourage you to submit your CV without a photo.

We encourage all qualified candidates to apply, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, nationality, civil status, disability or gender identity.
