Student Assistant – Video, AI & Social Media

At Digital Disruption Media we believe that video will become an increasingly important part of how companies communicate and market themselves. Therefore we are looking for a student worker who can help build our video production and set the standard for the content we produce.

We are not looking for someone who wants to learn how to edit video.

We are looking for someone who already has documented experience producing videos for TikTok, Facebook and YouTube – and who knows why some videos work while others don’t.

The role

You will be responsible for developing and producing video content from idea to finished video.

It includes among other things

• Development of ideas and video formats.
• Editing video for TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Development of campaigns and content series.
• Using AI tools for research, idea development, editing, graphics, sound and subtitles.
• Adapting content to the individual platforms.
• Ongoing optimization of videos based on performance and learnings.

You will have great freedom to shape both the content and the way we work with video.

We are looking for a person who knows what works

You don’t just follow the developments on social media.

You understand it.

You know how the first few seconds determine whether a video is watched.

You know how stories are built so the viewer stays engaged.

You know which formats work on TikTok, which work on Facebook, and why YouTube requires something different.

You can explain your creative choices – not just make them.

We are looking for a person who can both produce content and understand why it performs.

We imagine that you

• Are a student in a higher education program.
• Have extensive practical experience with video editing.
• Have produced content for TikTok, Facebook or YouTube.
• Have worked with campaigns or content that has generated measurable results.
• Know the latest AI tools and actively use them in your work.
• Can work independently and take responsibility for the entire production.
• Have a sense for both quality, details and tempo.

It is advantageous if you work in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or equivalent – but the most important is the quality of what you produce.

Experience weighs more than education

We are less interested in what you study.

We are much more interested in what you have already made.

If you can document that you have produced videos or campaigns that have generated results, we would much rather see them than read a long application.
