About the job
Are you a student with an interest in economics and a flair for numbers? And are you looking for a student job where you can plan your hours around your schedule – but still get lots of responsibility and valuable experience? Then read on! At Kunde & Co, one of Northern Europe’s largest marketing and branding agencies, we are seeking a student assistant for our finance department in Østerbro.
Your role
You will become part of our finance team in Copenhagen, which also supports our offices in Germany and Switzerland. We work at a high pace, but with an informal tone – and you will quickly become a key person that the rest of the organization knows and relies on.
As a student assistant you will get a broad range of tasks – from the routine to those that require you to take initiative and find solutions yourself. You will be responsible for ensuring things are done on time, and you are not afraid to nudge colleagues for a timesheet or customers for a payment.
Your tasks include, among others
- Posting of entries
- Scanning of invoices
- Review and approval of expense claims
- Ongoing ad hoc tasks where you have the opportunity to take control
📅 Working hours: approx. 15 hours per week – we are flexible, but expect you to take ownership of your tasks.
We are looking for someone who
- Is currently pursuing a higher education degree with at least two years remaining
- Has a strong interest in economics, flair for numbers – and a desire to test theory in practice
- Is ambitious, hardworking and thorough in your task-solving
- Is flexible and can work about 1-3 times per week
- Takes pride in helping others and contributing to keeping things running
- Does not have plans for internships or exchanges in 2027/28
- Can stay focused and follow tasks through to the end
- Has a hands-on attitude – and no problem nudging colleagues for timesheets or customers for payment
- Can start as soon as possible (preferred, but not required)
What will you get out of it?
- Flexible working hours so you can adapt the job to your studies
- A job with responsibility where you have direct influence on keeping things running
- Hands-on experience with finance in an international company
- A social and ambitious work environment with a lovely team of 5 colleagues – including 2 other student assistants
- A strong company culture with both professionalism and social events
