About the job
Are you digitally curious, and want to help create and improve digital solutions in practice?
DM is looking for an engaged student assistant who wants to support the work with our digital platforms. We are looking for you who want to work with websites, user experience and testing of new digital functions – and who want to help improve DM’s digital presence through concrete solutions and new features.
Your tasks
As part of the media team you will have the opportunity to dive into different digital areas of work - focusing on internal web support, content optimization and testing of new features. You will join the collaborative effort to ensure quality and usability on dm.dk and contribute to our digital solutions being stable, up-to-date and in constant development. Your main areas of work:
- Answer and support internal inquiries about dm.dk
- Update and maintain content in Umbraco (CMS)
- Describe and test new digital features in collaboration with our developers
- Support the work to improve user experience and ensure good digital flows.
- Support technical SEO by identifying and fixing errors and optimizing page metadata
- Handle practical operational and maintenance tasks, which are an important part of the team’s everyday life
About you
You are pursuing a higher education in e.g. digital media, IT, web development, digital design, communication or related areas. You have a good technical understanding and are curious about how to develop and improve digital platforms.
Perhaps you have experience with CMS systems – and if you are familiar with Umbraco, that is an advantage but not a requirement. You work in a structured and thorough manner and can prioritize your tasks so you reach your goals on time.
We imagine that you are keen to take on both smaller operational tasks and new initiatives – and that you thrive in a daily life where you can solve tasks independently and spar with colleagues when needed.
We offer
In DM you will become part of the media team, which is responsible for the operation and development of our digital platforms – with a particular focus on dm.dk. We work data-driven with user experience, conversion optimization and technical development in close collaboration with both internal professionals and external suppliers.
We support the organization with support and guidance in Umbraco and are responsible for ensuring that our power users feel equipped to handle daily web tasks themselves. In addition, we work with impact measurement, KPIs and integrations between our digital systems, e.g., Umbraco, Dynamics and Agillic.
You will thus join a team where professionalism is high, and where collaboration, curiosity and digital development are a natural part of everyday life. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute with your skills, be professionally challenged and gain insight into how web and digital performance play together in a modern member organization.
Organizationally, the position is placed in the media team, which is anchored in the Organising and Member Communications department. DM is based in Frederiksberg.
The position is 15 hours per week, but the working hours can be planned to fit your studies. We offer good salary and employment terms according to an internal collective agreement.
If you want to know more about the position…
… you are welcome to contact team coordinator Stine Møller Andersen at phone 50 74 79 95 or [email protected]
