The study job

Our partner is looking for a student for a newly created role focused on AI, automation and optimization of workflows. The company already has a strong focus on AI and actively works on exploring how the technology can be used to streamline and develop the business. They have many ideas and possibilities, which are not always brought to life due to lack of time and resources.

As an AI & Automation Consultant you will therefore be a central driving force in the work of translating ideas into concrete solutions. You will move across the organization, talk to employees about their workflows and identify areas where AI or automation can create value. You must be able to see the opportunities, investigate the right tools and help implement the solutions.

The role requires that you are curious, proactive and technologically interested, but at the same time have a strong understanding of business and people. You must be able to challenge existing workflows, ask the good questions and create progress from the first idea to a concrete solution.

Tasks will include

• Map employees’ processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Proactively engage employees and collect ideas for using AI and automation.
• Challenge existing workflows and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Investigate and test relevant AI tools.
• Implement automations across systems and workflows.
• Drive projects from idea to implementation and ensure progress along the way.
• Document solutions and create structure so the work can be taken over and continued by others.
• In time explore more advanced AI possibilities, e.g. AI-based user testing and automation of code reviews.

Examples of concrete tasks can include automating data extraction, automating the flow between support, delivery and sales orders, or developing internal solutions that can make employees’ daily work easier.

The company

Our partner is an established software company based in Lystrup, developing IT solutions for the health sector. The company today has around 100 employees and is characterized by a flat organization with short paths from idea to action.

In the role of AI & Automation Consultant you will report directly to the company’s CEO, who himself has a strong technical background and a strong focus on AI and automation. This means you get a unique opportunity to work closely with management and quickly translate ideas, initiatives and solutions into practice.

You will also become part of a company where there is room to challenge existing workflows and bring new ideas. If you have a good idea for how something can be done smarter, it’s not far from that idea being discussed to it being tested and implemented.
