Position overview

We're looking for a serviceminded, curious student assistant to join our Support & Service Delivery team. You'll make sure our customers and partners get fast, competent help. You'll get thorough onboarding and take on more responsibility as you get to know our platform.

What you'll be doing

• Handle first-line support by answering questions from customers and partners by email, chat and phone.
• Support second-line cases by troubleshooting more complex issues together with the team and our technical department.
• Create and maintain help articles, guides and FAQs so customers can find answers on their own.
• Contribute to ad hoc tasks within support, service delivery and self-service.

What we're looking for

• Enrolled in a higher education programme, ideally in IT, business, communication or a related field.
• Outgoing and confident talking to customers and partners, whether by phone, chat or email.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and a Nordic language, with a friendly, clear way of explaining things to customers and partners.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and an interest in how AI can improve support and self-service.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, with a genuine curiosity about how our product works.
• A logical, technical mindset and comfort with troubleshooting alongside customers. No coding required.
• Structured and reliable. You keep track of your cases, follow up on them and take ownership.
• Bonus: Experience with customer service, support tools (e.g. Zendesk & Jira)
